Cherry Creek Vista Vikings

We are looking forward to hosting you at Cherry Creek Vista this season!

Meet Logistics:

• Pool Address: 11350 E. Orchard Road, Englewood, CO 80111
  • Everyone can utilize the pool parking lot as well as the elementary school parking lot and street parking. Please be respectful of driveways.
  • We will have reserved parking spaces in the parking lot for 2 Parent Reps and one Coach.
• Your team tent can go anywhere in the big field to the south of the pool. We'll open the fence for easy access.
• We ask that all swimmers stay out of the baby pool, wading pool, and diving pool during the meet.
• Your warm up time is: 7:15 - 7:45 am
• The scratch meeting will be at the scoring tent (northwest corner of the pool) at 7:20am.
• Timers and Stroke Judge meeting is at 7:30am at the official's tent.
  • We ask that all timers and stroke judges for all shifts come to the morning meeting to make transitions easier during shift changes.
• We will start heating relays at 7:50am before the national anthem.
• We'll provide your team with 2 meet programs.
• You can access the program on SwimTopia once completed. We will also be utilizing Swimtopia for results.
• We do our volunteer shift changes at 8:00, 10:00, & 12:00. See below for the volunteer requirements:
  • Timers: 4 volunteers per shift; 12 total
  • Stroke judges: 2 volunteers per shift; 6 total
  • Heating: 4 volunteers per shift; 12 total
• Please confirm your meet entries as final in Swimtopia by the previous Thursday at 12pm.
• For Concessions, we will accept cash and Venmo (@CCVVikings).
